Measuring 300mm in diameter and 15mm in height, its flat, shallow shape is engineered specifically for creating evenly cooked pancakes, crepes, and omelettes. The steel construction conducts heat efficiently and allows for consistent browning across the entire surface. This pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction cooktops. As a raw steel product, it requires a seasoning process before its first use to build a natural non-stick surface, which improves over time with regular cooking.
