Suede is the reverse side of leather, sanded to create a soft, supple appearance. It comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul and is tanned in Brazil without the use of hazardous or banned chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that comply with regulations and uses water sparingly during the tanning process. The suede is then coated with PFC-free water-repellent oils (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain.

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance.
