The Bosch EXPERT 3 Piece S471 Sanding Block Set is a hand sanding solution designed for tradespeople and contractors who need lasting performance across wood and painted surfaces. The set includes three sanding blocks in Medium, Fine, and Superfine grades, covering a wide range of finishing tasks from initial material removal through to final surface preparation. Unlike conventional sanding sheets that wear quickly, clog easily, or tear when working around curves and edges, these sanding foams use Bosch's Surface Structure technology. This advanced bonding and surface coating technique locks the abrasive grains firmly to the backing, significantly reducing grit loss even when sanding corners and difficult shapes. The flexible foam construction moulds to uneven surfaces, delivering consistent pressure and uniform wear across the sanding face. This results in a more even finish compared to rigid sanding blocks. Dust and debris can be knocked or washed off the surface, further extending the working life of each block. Suitable for sanding flat surfaces, 90-degree edges, and contoured profiles, the S471 is ideal for decorators, joiners, and carpenters looking to reduce material consumption and waste. Bosch states these blocks last up to 5x longer than Bosch C420 sandpaper.
