ProChef 15 Non-Stick Carbon Steel Roasting Oven Pan Baking Tray With V Rack Heavy-Duty, V Shaped Rack 0.8MM, 15INCH Roaster
There’s something wonderfully reassuring about sliding a full Sunday roast into an oven-hot, family-sized roasting pan that you know won’t leave half the chicken welded to the base. This roomy 41 × 28 cm tray is forged from heavy-gauge carbon steel, so it heats evenly and stands up to week-night abuse just as happily as festive feasts; the clever V-rack lifts meat clear of the juices so veg caramelises underneath, fats drain away for crisper skin and lighter gravy, and the PFOA-free non-stick finish means that, when plates are cleared, everything rinses off with barely a soak. Whether you’re crisping salmon mid-week, batch-baking lasagne for the freezer or tackling Christmas turkey, it’s the kind of kit that earns its front-of-cupboard spot and quietly makes great cooks feel effortless.
