Silverline Light Hook & Loop Detail Sander Sheets 140Mm 10Pk 80 Grit
Silverline Hook & Loop Detail Sander Sheets deliver professional performance for versatile surface preparation. This 10-pack of 140mm 80-grit sheets features durable aluminum oxide abrasive bonded to strong, latex-impregnated E-weight paper. Engineered for controlled material removal, they effectively smooth wood, metal, plastic, plaster, and painted surfaces. Advanced pre-punched dust extraction holes reduce clogging by 50%, maintaining visibility and minimizing loading while you work on contours, edges, and tight spaces. The resin-bonded construction withstands high-speed orbital sanding up to 14,000 OPM for lasting durability. For installation, simply clean your sander's pad, align the holes, and press the sheet firmly onto the hook surface. Achieve the best results by using medium pressure on wood and plaster, light overlapping strokes on paint, and a lubricant for wet sanding metals and plastics. Always connect to a HEPA vacuum for maximum dust extraction. For your safety, always wear protective goggles and a NIOSH-approved respirator. Never operate without dust extraction and avoid sanding lead-based paints without proper containment. These universal sheets are compatible with all 140mm hook & loop palm sanders.
