The Fox RX alarms represent a cutting-edge advancement in fishing tackle technology, surpassing the capabilities of its predecessor, the NTX-R. The latest design introduces significant improvements without increasing the overall height of the alarm. The deeper ears on the Fox RX enhance its performance, reducing the need for additional snag ears, whilst providing one of its most notable features, the twin multi-colour LEDs strategically positioned on each ear, allowing for external control through the Colour Sync™ function. With the ability to choose between day and night modes, as well as Vari-Bright adjustable LED brightness, the Fox RX ensures maximum visibility tailored to the specific environment. Furthermore, the RX+ Receiver provides enhanced range performance, an ideal choice for anglers casting at a considerable distance from the bank with the receive capable of tuning up to 8 different Rx+ heads to a single receiver, whilst being able to mimic both the LED and tone options from the alarm head. With 8 volume and tone options, including drop-back differential, the alarms key feature is the D-Tec sensitivity. The alarm offers 8 different sensitivity settings, which at its lowest, will record indication at 90mm but at its maximum sensitivity will record as little as 2.8mm movement. However, the D-tec system will also massively reduce false indication, where in all sensitivity settings (except maximum), the line must travel the specified distance in the same direction and within 2 seconds to trigger the unit. Any movement in the opposite direction will reset the distance counter to zero. This can substantially reduce, or eliminate false triggering caused by wind and water movement. In addition to its technological advancements, the Fox Rx+ is designed for durability and reliability. The weatherproof sealed case protects the internal components from the elements, and the improved drainage around the roller wheel minimises the risk of freezing in extremely cold conditions. Refunds
