These 120 grit sanding belts (50 x 686mm) offer the perfect balance between material removal and surface refinement. This pack of 5 belts is ideal for general purpose sanding, smoothing surfaces after initial preparation and achieving a good quality finish before final polishing. Manufactured from high performance resin bonded aluminium oxide, these belts provide efficient resistance and long-lasting performance across multiple applications. The electrostatic sand planting and open coat aluminium oxide grain ensure excellent chip removal and heat dissipation, preventing loading during extended use. The special butt joint minimises vibration effects, delivering smooth and even results. The strong X-weight polycotton cloth backing makes these sanding belts both flexible and durable, enhancing their intensity of loading and enabling use across different pressure applications. Suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. Compatible with all 50 x 686mm sanders including Stock No. 05096.
