This Respi-Ex deep breathing lung exerciser is an innovative system to exercise respiration through inspiration. This device is composed of a base and a central part divided into 3 chambers containing 3-float balls, different in colour (each chamber expresses the inhalation value per second: 600 (Red), 900 (Yellow) and 1200 (Blue) ml/cc ).
Instruction for use:
Hold the unit in an upright position.Exhale (breathe out) normally and then place your lips tightly around the mouthpiece at the end of the tubing.For a Low flow rate, Inhale at a rate to raise only the ball in the first chamber.
